A Kitchen for our Grace Schools
Grace School kitchen and cafeteria is coming together! The plans are ready and the final estimates are coming together! We still have some money to raise to make this dream come true. Here are the important facts:
Cooking over an open fire is very hard on our staff, this has increased our anticipated costs because of running electricity to the school and to purchase the very expensive large pots.
Children shouldn’t have to sit in the dirt to eat their school lunch.
The school needs a place for group projects.
Our kitchen staff need access to sustainable water to help get food prepared on time.
Food should be prepared in a clean, animal-free environment.
