Send Taylor to Malawi, Africa!
I have an amazing opportunity to serve in Malawi, Africa!
My entire life is committed to serving others, so I am beyond excited to spend 6 weeks this summer volunteering with Circle of Hope International! As you may know, I am currently earning my Master of Public Health at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. As part of my degree, I have the opportunity to work on a maternal health project. While in Malawi, I will examine and address maternal mortality caused by postpartum hemorrhage. In many cases, postpartum hemorrhage is treatable, yet it is a leading cause of maternal death around the world.
Maternal and child health, as well as global health, are topics I am extremely passionate about. I hope to help Circle of Hope International identify strategies to save women’s lives, whether through improved education, access to medical interventions, or a combination of both. My experience in Malawi this summer will inform my work in public health for the rest of my career. I look forward to continuing to fulfill my purpose in life through service to others, and I am grateful for any contribution to my fundraiser!
My mission trip goal:
Thank you so much for praying for me and my team as we prepare to go. If you are able to contribute to my support, I’m very grateful! Thank you so much!
