So Excited to Go to Malawi Together!  

We’re Going To Malawi Together!

My home church community is very important to me. I love our community. I love the work we do together. And I love the idea that we will be able to travel together to another part of the world to learn and contribute.

I will be traveling with a group from my church at the end of June to Malawi, Africa to work with Circle of Hope. I spent my professional life working with very young children in childcare settings. I am hoping I can use that experience in Malawi, providing care for their very young children. I would also welcome a chance to work in areas where I can learn from others.

I have been on four mission trips within the states - trips I took and work I did with my son and two granddaughters. These trips involved churches all over the United States coming together to repair homes for people who could not afford the repairs. We worked together, sang together, and prayed together. They were life-changing experiences for me.
