Prayer for Secondary School Girls

Secondary school in Malawi is equivalent to high school in North America. The only difference is that there are no local schools. The students attend boarding schools often far away from their home villages. While attending secondary school there are many challenges that a Malawian girl could face.  It is common for girls to drop out of school to work, to get married, or due to pregnancy.

For the first time, 1/3 of our secondary school children are girls! It is exciting to have young women who through hard work and determination are making it to this level of education! We ask that you join us in praying for each of the girls in our program who are in secondary school.

Join us in praying for:

  • Each young woman by name
  • Their education
  • Their future
  • That they remain free from temptation
  • Them to remain steadfast in their faith
